Terms and Conditions
Mavio Store (hereinafter referred to as “Mavio Store “), makes available to all users the opportunity to purchase via the Internet the products of which it is the sole and exclusive owner.

GENERAL NOTES

These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the Consumer Code (D. Lgs. n. 206/2005), Section II, Distance Contracts (Art. 50 – 67) as amended by Directive 2011/83 EU transposed by Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013 and the rules on electronic commerce (D. Lgs. n. 70/2003) and apply to the sale of products via the Internet, as identified and listed on the Site. The Customer is invited to print or store these General Conditions in the manner preferred.

In the event of changes to the General Conditions, the General Conditions published on the Site at the time the Customer sends the order will apply to the purchase order. By sending the order, the Customer declares to have read, understood and accepted these Conditions of Sale.

OFFER TO THE PUBLIC

The Products and their Prices presented on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the procedures specified in the General Conditions and the Site itself. The Conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the Site www.offerte-spaziali.com.

The purchase contracts concluded on the Site are concluded with SPACE OFFERS.

PRICES

Delivery costs are charged to the Customer for orders made in Italy and adequately highlighted in the Purchase Order. The Price shown on the Site at the time the Order is sent is applied to the Products, without any consideration of previous offers or eventual price variations that may have occurred subsequently.

The cost of transport for the Euro area varies depending on the country.

REGISTRATION

The Customer must carry out, prior to the transmission of a Purchase Order, its Registration according to the procedures indicated by the Site paying attention that the information provided is correct.

PURCHASE ORDER

The purchase orders once transmitted to the system are considered approved unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

The Customer therefore assumes the responsibility to verify the correctness of the order created before giving confirmation.

At the time of confirmation of the Purchase Order made through this Site, the Customer will receive confirmation on the email address provided at the time of Registration. OFFERTE SPAZIALI offers products within the limits of stock availability. OFFERTE SPAZIALI reserves the right to refuse orders, particularly in the event of previous unpaid invoices, and will consequently proceed to re-credit the cost of the goods incurred by the Customer, including VAT and transport costs. The data recorded by OFFERTE SPAZIALI will constitute proof of the order and of the entire transaction. The data recorded in the payment circuit will constitute proof of the financial transaction.

TRANSPORT COSTS

The applicable prices for products ordered are those that appear on the Site www.offerte-esclusive.com on the date of transmission of the order. These prices are inclusive of VAT.

Are not included instead of shipping costs and cash on delivery.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

All orders placed will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer at the time of transmission of the order within the time specified in the cost of transport (Ref.Point 06 Cost of transport) with effect from the sending of products.

The date of delivery will be considered preferential but not binding for OFFERTE SPAZIALI, which in any case will do everything possible to ensure timely compliance.

Deliveries can be made in Italy or Europe area for perfume lines.

WARRANTY

The warranty terms applied are those provided by the manufacturer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the quantity and good condition of the goods at the time of delivery.

If the customer finds that the goods are damaged or do not conform to the quantities ordered, the customer must report it to the carrier and sign the delivery note and inform Mavio Store within 3 days of receipt of the shipment. In this case, Mavio Store will (after verifying that the product(s) subject to withdrawal are intact and in normal condition, in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation), replace any missing or damaged goods in accordance with the Purchase Order.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

For the payments they make faith the modalities inserted on the situated one.

The Customer can issue:

For foreign payments you can use the payment system PAYPAL or bank transfer in advance.
For domestic and foreign payments our Shopping On Line uses PAYPAL and credit card crediting system managed by the Circuit Stripe.
For goods shipped COD you will pay upon receipt of the same directly to the courier in charge of delivery from Mavio Store , in cash for the amount agreed on the order. This may include a surcharge (Ref. Point 06 Cost of Transport). Invoices are sent together with the goods or at the express request of the customer also telematically on your e-mail box provided.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Customer is a “Consumer”, as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, he/she is entitled to the rights under Art. 64 of the Consumer Code and as amended by Decree 2013/83 EU within the limits provided by that legislation and therefore has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, in the manner specified below. The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only part of the Products purchased by the Consumer (Partial Withdrawal). The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending – within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products by sending an email to [email protected].

The goods must then be returned by the customer within 14 days from the date on which the same has communicated its intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. The shipping address for the return is as follows:

Mavio Store will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant invoice (if any). The customer will bear the transport costs for the return of non-compliant goods. Mavio Store will send, at its own expense, the product in exchange in case of returns for faulty products and product exchanges. Mavio Store, verified that the returned goods are intact and in normal condition, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation), will refund the price and the shipping costs billed, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of notice from the customer of wanting to terminate the contract. The re-credit will be made in the same way in which the customer has incurred his purchase. Exception for cash on delivery. In this case Mavio Store will reimburse by bank transfer to the indicated iban code.

The withdrawal of the products can not be exercised in case of lack of original packaging, all elements accompanying the product and everything else in the original package. The right of withdrawal applies only if not open the package as per Legislative Decree 206/2005 art. 59 e.

REPRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCTS

The images of the products, descriptions and methods of consumption published on the site Mavio Store are to be considered purely illustrative and not binding.

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be processed by Mavio Store subject to specific consent – revocable at any time – for the purposes of processing listed below, as specified in the information provided in the specific section “Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003″(and subsequent updates). The provision of personal data by the legal person, body, association or similar subject is optional, so any refusal to provide such data will not have any consequence for the legal person, body, association or similar subject itself, will only preclude Mavio Store the possibility of processing the data for marketing purposes listed below:

1. for communications of a promotional, advertising or commercial nature and the direct offer of Mavio Store products or services by means of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator and by electronic mail, telefax, SMS, MMS, or other means – as well as, by the same means, for statistical and market surveys aimed at detecting the degree of customer satisfaction with the quality of Mavio Store products or services

2. for communications of a promotional, advertising or commercial nature and the offer of products or services of third parties not belonging to Mavio Store by means of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator and by e-mail, telefax, SMS, MMS, or other means – as well as, by the same means, for their statistical and market surveys aimed at detecting the degree of customer satisfaction regarding the quality of their products or services.

Mavio Store collects and uses your data for the sole purpose of improving and completing the service offered to you. For example, to promote and provide you with our products and services, to send and invoice you for the products and services you have requested, to evaluate the efficiency of our activities so as to better define our development strategies, or to communicate with you for other unforeseeable reasons.
